What is The Lotte Berk Technique? 

Created by a Russian/German ballerina in London, The Lotte Berk Technique is an exercise method as essential to any woman’s beauty regime as red lipstick and weekly manicures. The technique is based on an hour of ballet training - the exercises ballet dancers use to tone, sculpt, lose inches and strengthen their bodies - ensuring any woman the body of a dancer whatever her age, fitness level or shape without dance
